Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a Staff Accountant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our financial operations accurate, organized, and running smoothly. You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of accounting while working alongside a supportive and knowledgeable team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
  • Managing general ledger activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Performing bank reconciliations and ensuring accuracy across accounts.
  • Maintaining and updating accounting systems and spreadsheets.
  • Assisting with expense analysis and ad hoc financial reports.
  • Supporting general office and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Helping monitor and organize office and inventory supplies.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, curious, and motivated to learn. You don’t need to know everything — we’ll support your growth—but a strong foundation and willingness to develop are key.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Have 0–2 years of experience (internships count!).
  • Possess a basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Are comfortable with Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Take pride in accuracy and attention to detail & can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communicate clearly and work well in a team environment & handle confidential information with professionalism.
